Meet the Host of Climate Justice Podcast JET Voices

Dr. Andani Thakhathi is the host of climate justice podcast JET Voices, where he explores climate justice, leadership, and sustainability through powerful conversations with global thinkers, activists, and innovators.
He holds a PhD in Ethics and Responsible Leadership in Business (Summa Cum Laude) from the Wittenberg Center for Global Ethics and Martin-Luther-Universität in Germany, and a Master of Commerce in Business Sustainability and Strategic Management (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of South Africa.

His research on sustainable development and the just energy transition has been featured in leading international journals, including the Journal of Change Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility.
Through his work, Dr. Thakhathi contributes to global conversations on ethical leadership, climate justice, and systems-level change.

Dr. Thakhathi brings a wealth of experience from his role as a former senior faculty member at the University of Pretoria’s Department of Business Management in South Africa. His expertise spans Business, Strategic, and Responsible Management. Most recently, he served as a Visiting Professor at the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM), where he taught MBA executives and Master’s candidates in Business Ethics, Sustainability, and Organizational Behavior.
